Investor Relations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to support corporate communications with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders. This role will play a key part in shaping investor messaging, earnings communications, and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quarterly earnings preparation, including press releases, scripts, and investor presentations
- Coordinate analyst and investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
- Maintain investor-facing materials, including website content and disclosures
- Monitor market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment
- Partner with finance, legal, and executive leadership on IR strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, finance, or corporate communications
- Strong understanding of capital markets and SEC disclosure requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting earnings calls
- Familiarity with IR tools and platforms
- Background in public company reporting
