Senior Director, Investor Relations
Job Summary
The Senior Director of Investor Relations will lead the company’s IR strategy and serve as a primary liaison to the investment community. This role reports directly to the CFO and partners closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s Investor Relations strategy
- Lead earnings calls, investor days, and analyst engagements
- Manage relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
- Oversee IR disclosures, messaging, and regulatory compliance
- Advise executive leadership on market perception and investor feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Investor Relations or capital markets experience
- Proven leadership in a public company environment
- Deep knowledge of SEC regulations and disclosure best practices
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
